I live about a mile away and never heard anything. First went there about 20 years ago to see the Skip Wagner show. Great memories of an iconic landmark in Three Lakes. Sorry for Jackie and all those affected. It will be sadly missed.

Is that the place with the parking lot on the side, big tree with all kinds of things hanging from it?

Yup. Looks like the tree is still standing.

We stayed their for 10 days during Derby quite awhile back, Rooms had old wood paneling like the 70's, which made me like it. I stay in new motels all the time, that place just felt like up north Wi. I like it. Also remember really good food and cheap prices for it and big upholstered booths. Every time we go up, Wendy and I look at that tree.

Memories of our youth gone. Racing on Maple Lake with Mark and Marty Porky and Eugene and the stories we could tell. RIP Marty and now the Oneida Inn. 🍻
