Here in sauk cointy we have maybe 5 to 6 inches on ground. After the snow on thursday night,friday and sat, that should be enough to open trails. Out on lake wisconsin yesterday. So many other sleds doing the same thing. Ice has got to be almost 20 plus inches thick.

I think the wind skews my judgement. West of town seems like less due to the fact of wind blowing it into the ditches. But I want this to happen!

I wish the clubs would tell us what they were thinking; it's hard to make plans when things are just flat out closed.

They opened Rock county a couple weeks ago with less snow then there is now!
