As far as fireworks a place called the flying eagle has great ones its about 35 miles west of Bayfield. And Bayfield is a great place, lots of bed and breakfast as stated earlier. There are cruises that go out and around the islands. And there is a ferry that goes to Madline inland. My brother has a charter boat out of the casino which is a couple of miles from Bayfield and he is dam good out there around the islands. The Big Top Chautauqua is something to see as well with the shows they put on there. Any other questions Id be happy to help. The snow is starting now, 10-12" coming.

I assume fishing? Or Sail boating? My wife loves fishing. Sounds interesting to do if it was somewhat reasonable.

I think for a pool your looking at the Casino 3 miles up Hy 13 in Red Cliff, very nice place. In City of Bayfield there is a nice large pool and Rec center in the new downtown area, open to the public. No chain Hotels, but some pretty nice ones

Yep he runs a fishing charter out of the casino marina. I think his rate is 4 people at 400 bucks for a half day. Let me know if you would like more info.
