You think she is going to shut down the state? They still have said nothing about Mi. taxes due in April.

The Federal taxes were pushed to June 15th. The states need to follow. I don't think most of the tax software will allow to only file one or the other.

I hope not on the taxes. This is the first year I have to pay to get them done...we are shut down tonight people.

I think you're in good company. Most people wait until the last few weeks to do taxes, especially if they owe. Tax preparation was not on the list of critical exceptions to the stay at home order.

My daughter works for an accounting firm. Their attorneys came in yesterday and told them at everyone has to work from home except a secretary and IT as they have to be there for the servers. She also said the partners said to continue working like April 15th is the tax deadline. Bad part she said is that they usually start in May doing audits for some big businesses, don't know how they are going to get it done.
