They have been riding around for over a week. When I lived in that area we were always riding around that area this time of year. You need to stick to high ground as the swaps are still open. Back bay is probably not close to frozen.

We rode in Grand Marais on Saturday and had a blast. Most of the trails were in better than expected condition. A few trails were closed due to downed trees.
