I'd heard reports of trees down because of heavy wet snow but nothing more as far as exactly where & to what extent.

Very helpful, thanks.
I do see on the MSA site that virtually nothing is updated in regards to anything being closed, groomed, snowfall totals, etc. Surprising seeing that the season officially opened a few days ago & considering all the snowfall. I'm not bitchin' just wondering? Maybe they are all out getting after it?

I was reading earlier today someone rode near Seney yesterday and wasn’t good. Wet and a lot of trees/branches. I also read GM was good.

We stopped yesterday evening at the southbound rest area at mile marker 202, a truck with a sled trailer was there also. They said that they was up there at Strongs/Seney area riding. Said spotty in certain areas, along with wet snow and stuff down. But, was good to get up there and ride some.

I almost headed up to Munising today. Called the Buckhorn and they said nothing is groomed yet as they're riding sleds out with chainsaws to cut the trees that have fallen. I don't want to be on an ungroomed trail not knowig what's underneath the snow. I'm probably heading up next Wednesday.

They didn't mention any of that when I was on the phone with them, but, I guess I didn't ask either.

Munising, and pretty much everything around it, is an absolute mess in the woods. Local source.
