Planning on leaving DeWitt tomorrow morning along canal. Are the hills through Fenner blown bare? Any monster water holes?
Plan B is to make the Marblehead Inn for lunch if the area through Fenner & Caz is rough. Any intel most appreciated!

I do know South Shore groomed the canal yesterday and heard it was good but I really don't know about fenner. Chittenango is reporting only some of their trails are open. lol so not much help.

My son and I rode the canal Sunday. We unloaded in Chittenango and ended up in Sherrill. Wasn't too bad.

My sons friend said the canal was groomed yesterday as t hillrider mentioned.

We might hit the canal and trail along Rt. 31 (Cicero/Bridgeport/Lakeport area) tomorrow after he gets out of school.

NYH1.

You might wanna check out the NYS interactive trail map. That Rt 31 corridor is still closed.

EDIT: we changed our plans. Headed to Florance. But it looks like folks are running along Rt 31 from Bridgeport eastward.
