Not true. Hasn't happened under this governor. And they didn't sweep the whole trail fund, just what wasn't spent that year.

$40 from every $45 registration goes into the trail fund. Most of that money goes back to the clubs but a portion is also used for education and law enforcement.

So what do they do besides spend the money on salaries, meetings and a lobbying firm none of which accomplish a thing?
