Was there today Dec 29th, 2011.....awesome, but then again it was my first ride this season...woo huu. Nice ice base with about 20 cm snow...gravelly in some places and the Osprey Trail sucked...rocks man.

here are some pics......cheers.

I'm on the fence where to go tomorrow. Cochrane is my first choice but unclear if the trails are good to Kap. Cochrane to Hearst would be great. So would the Abitibi Canyon run.

Were did you ride?
Thanks

Thanks Muskoka Man only downside is the sled is torn apart right now, so was second guessing a 10 hour drive for a first ride, was hoping to shake it down locally to make sure no problems arise then head up to cochrane but im behind schedule.

Even if we get one day in at haliburton then im thinking well make trek to Cochrane the following weekend if nothing is open.
