Red face New member with footwear question

Hi there, I'm new to this forum and to recreational sledding! I did ride for work for a couple of seasons in years past, but that mostly just turned me right off of ever spending my own time and money on a snowmobile.... Things have changed, and now that I'm working from an office instead of the bush I find I actually miss it (my hubby was very pleasantly surprised when I suggested we by a couple of sleds!!). We started last season with a couple of '98 RMK 700's, got out a few times, had a blast! So much fun to share these experiences with my husband...and to have him there to pull my sled out all the time! This year I've upgraded to a 2009 Nytro- can't wait to try it out!

Anyways....I have a question for the ladies (hopefully there are some here?). I've been wearing these massive boots that (although very warm) are just to heavy and clunky to allow me to move around properly. I'm wondering what folks here are running for footwear? Or what the sledding ladies in your lives are keeping their feet warm with?

Thanks!
