I'd be disappointed too. Just move over when those XCR 800's and Thundercats pull up behind you.

Find a ice/snow covered dirt back road or a stretch of clean ice. Takes some power to spin a 137" track especially if a cobra. I would be pretty happy with 104 if it was gps in a groomed trail condition with that setup. My Thundercat turbo with my tune on 290hp would not break 110mph gps the other day on the lake. I generally run in the mid 120's on stock short gears. Conditions were 38 degrees and very sticky snow. The Polaris 800/850's in the group were lucky to see 95mph. Its all about conditions.

i doubt it's out of break-in? it has to be 10 hrs over 5500 rpm to be fully out of break-in. @ 5500 rpm my 850 is doing 55-58 mph. pretty fast for tight trails. most are taking 1000 miles to be fully out of break-in.

mark your drive clutch stationary sheave with a sharpie and see if your getting full shift out? our 800 assault did 109 mph in 1000' on radar. so yes i would be disappointed a 104. my 2019 850 xc does 109 with a storm track. we have found some interesting things going on with the 850. making these slow.

Like already say conditions play the biggest fact in top speed.
Last weekend it was 44f and my 800 ran 95gps on untouched wet snow then ran 97 making a pass on the same track. On a different spot on a snowmobile trail it ran 105gps. Then on the same snowmobile trail after the temps dropped to 34-35f it ran 111gps running out of gear. Just slight snow condition, temperature and wind changes can drastically affect topend.
