Default broken trailing arm

wow this season is not going so great so far lol but i broke it and its messed up i drilled it out and should i tap it? can i just jb weld it till i replace the whole thing? lol i just need the bolt to stay in there whats the best way to get in there for good i got a grade 8 bolt for it and when i say jb weld it i mean like i could tap it and then use some form of epoxy on the bolt threads or something idk

Where ? Can you post a pic or a better description . I can’t yhink of anywhere on a trailing arm that I would JB weld but real weld yes.

It like mushroomed in when it broke so the reason the drill whole looks off center and yes i know its bent im going to replace to whole thing just want a ghetto fix for now the bolt still lines up so thats cool lol

You can either weld a large nut or a bolt head to the anchor tube.

ok i plan on doing so but i csnt even find the replacement mount for a 97 600 xc so unless you can link it to me? I can not seem to find it any were and im also not really sire about the install procedure because there is already a whole from the mount pushing through the belly pan so could i just cut the whole a little bigger and put the mount in?

It’s should be listed with footrest in parts. They are not hard to replace just some digit drilling and/or grinding and new riveting
