Default 04 Sabercat 500 Chain case Issue

Took the sled for a hard run last week and the chain case started making a lot of noise the faster I went. Reverse is also no longer working. Took the chaincase apart and found metal fillings and a tooth in the oil. Not sure where to start or what needs to be replaced. Attached photos for reference. Does everything including the chain need replacing?

The reverse idler is grinding against the tips of the lower sprocket. Self tensioner is doing its job keeping the chain snug and looks to be at the end. My guess is the lower driveshaft bearing it out. Pull the gears and have a looksie.

Yes, bearing is gone. Do I need to replace any of those gears as well?

Limited by pics but it looks like the bottom sprocket isa goner. Part#0702-393. 4 of them on eBay. Check the chain for any broken links and stretch.
