Great idea!

Snow check should be here soon so I can add to the list.

High windshield and thumb warmer are on my list.

My list of mods and thoughts on each one.

-Drilled out pilot jet
-Removed rev limiters
-Fully clipped track
-Adjustable Main Jet
-mini nitrous kit
-diy wheel and tire kit. I may do a write up on this, only cost me $30.

Havenít installed the jet kit of clipped the track, parts will be here tomorrow.

Nitrous didnít do much, we are going to drill out the jet and add more fuel this weekend at epping.

The plan is either to go fast or blow it up and put a clone engine in it!

Something to do to these as well is to use some silcone and plug up the bellypans - there are holes in them and in deep snow conditions it can pack the airbox area full of snow and potentially freeze the throttle up. We saw it at snocross frequently last year.

Do the 2019's have same issues with rough idle, etc. as the 2018's? Dealer told me the 2019's fixed those issues.. Haven't picked mine up yet, debating on whether i'll need to order pilot drill bits, or adjustable main..

I'd get both. I can't imagine they opened up the pilot jet much if at all.

I did the pilot first and it really helped starting and throttle response, but the sled still runs really lean when your on it. I am doing the Adjustable main now.....wish I did both together!

What size are you guys drilling the pilot jet to? I have a set of tiny jet bits, but they are not labeled. So I need the measurement rather than jet size. Thanks

just buy the drill bit kit from rec motors. I think i did the size 50 sled starts ad idles perfect and no hesitation of idle.
