Imo. google, and facebook have gotten worse than big brother, and most in this country don't care, or don't realize it.

One of the few dozen IT guys we have here was giving me a new PC last week and he got started on how our company is putting WAYYYY too much information on the cloud these days. I don't know much about network type things but I'll admit his speech got my attention.

I avoid the cloud like the plague. My phone is rarely on unless I have to call somebody or look something up. Very old school.

It was bad enough when i was working, these manufactures started putting all their service downloads on the cloud for warranty fix's on their products. What a mess it would become if this was disrupted or corrupted in some way.
