Hell yeah!!! What you mean by '' some work done''?? New mods!! What would you recommand to make the sled turn sharp with a 1.6 cobra without changing the skis?? Im broke from buying the sled!! Btw same exact yours, but 800, can't wait!!
Was wondering, why didnt go with Polaris tether switch?

Yes you can get shaper bars for stock skis. Either 7.5 or 9”, that with shims and it’s a pretty nice setup

starting some work this week

New sliders. These last for many years. They also slide much easier with less resistance.

if your in a low snow situation you wont melt these

stock sliders are garbage any brand

They fit the SBA?? If they can withstand the cruise ship weight of a sidewinder….they can stand anything!!! My apex used to smell burned rubber like crazy in low snow condition, at some point they started sticking!

Have had nothing but good luck with OEM Polaris, while several of my yamaha buddies have had to replace much more often. But IMO that just as much dependent on skid/rail design and geometry.
