Hello fellas. New to the sport and looking for some guidance please. Here is the link. He is 20 minutes from my house, so distance is not an issue. He tells me that the sled does not have a scratch or ding to be seen. All trail miles and nothing has gone wrone with it. He started at 4200.00 mid season and now will settle for low to mid three's. Cold psi in each cylinder is 125 he says. Please chime in. I need the help. Thanks in advance, Rick Feist and Family

great sled. Everything looks legit. Only thing about it is that motor was a bit of an 'oddball'. It was in between the low power 500ss (597cc) and the 600 sdi. And it got bad mileage and modest power to boot. Be lucky to see 10 mpg or so. The latter sleds will make 14+ and 16+ respectively.

A buddy bought the same sled at the start of the season for 3000.00. Milage is better then 10 mpg on the 2 he has and closer to 13-14 mpg. Good sled if he comes down a little more seeing you can ride it till fall. Check the wheels in the suspension, hyfax, belt, carbides and how clean the sled and clutches are. It may give you an idea of how he took care of it.

My step son had the same sled. Mileage is better than 10 mpg. Only concern I see is the compression at 125 psi, almost time for a top end rings or rings and pistons. I would not refer to this 600HO as a odd ball motor, motor was made a few years and was a solid motor after they took care of the flaky rings. They made it to replace the 700 but it never could beat a 700 it was close but not quite as fast. I would recheck the compression and go from there as far as a price. If it is a X or a Adrenillan it may have the better rebuildable shocks that would be a big plus. Good Luck
