I dont remember where this one came from, think it was supposed to be a diet type food that was butchered to be really bad but damn tasty.

what you need

2 packs of cressent rolls. get the good ones like pilsbury
1 small jar of helmans mayo think its like a cup. the small little guy
2 blocks of philly cream cheese regular
1 small pack of powdered ranch dressing
veggies (whatever you like) I use onion red green orange peppers carrots celery cuccumber

get a decent size cookie sheet with a lip, not a flat one. take both packs of cressent rolls and lay them out flat on the cookie sheet making one solid flat piece. Basically this will be the crust like on a pizza. bake the crust to whatever specs on the package. take out and let cool.

while the crust is cooking melt the cream cheese in a pan on the stove. You are not cooking it you are just melting, making it easier to mix. remove from heat and combine the ranch dressing and mayo. once it is mixed (no cream cheese chunks) and the crust is cool spread evenly over the crust.

chop all of the veggies you have chosen to small pieces and mix all together in a bowl this helps to evenly distribute. spread the veggies over the cream cheese mix. use as many veggies as you want doesnt have to be a lot.

next take another cookie sheet and lay on top of veggies and apply a little bit of pressue (sets the veggies a bit so they dont fall off) then take a pizza cutter and cut into squares.

serves up cold.

so basically the crust is the bottom layer then the cream cheese mix then veggies.

I'm moving next week and will make one for pics after the move. Trust me its damn good.

I guess you can call it cold veggie pizza

It is a veggie pizza,I make it a little different,it's a little lighter.I let the cream cheese soften at room temp.and just put it on the crust straight,I don't cut it with mayo or ranch seasoning, then use broccoli, red bell pepper, green onion, carrots and sometimes mushrooms, cut everything real small and embed in the cream cheese the same way you do.garnish with salt and pepper and you're good to go!! also... if you can get the pillsbury grands crescent rolls, one tube is plenty.
