Well, when i feel like eating somethign that is not "nuked" or toasted, I like to make me some Scrambeled eggs with cheese mixed into them. Pretty good and fast. Plus it the only thign that I can make thats halfway decent.
What's your quick meal you can cook in 10-15 minutes?

Chicken Stirfry. Chicken cubed only takes a few minutes to cook. Throw some mixed frozen vegetables in a pan with butter and presto!

I don't like a "quick" meal because I like to cook. I mostly grill everything outside. But, if I was in a hurry, I really love 2, grilled ham&cheese sandwiches with a glass of milk and sometimes with tomato soup. Man, I think I am going to go make one right now before bed!! Doug

I'm with the other guy if I'm coming off the midnight shift and I'm just hankering for something tasty. I try to keep a block of Colby-jack in the fridge and cut a few slices off that and grill up a nice cheese sandwich..

Take some Italian sausage and brown them up, cover them in Paul Newman's Sockaroomi spaghetti sauce or any spaghetti sauce for that matter, cut up some onions & bell peppers into big chunks throw it in with the sausage, let everything simmer unitl the veggies are tender, serve in a pita bread.
Good shit!

Regular luch meat cut up and put in a pan with onions, peppers, and cheese. A little Franks hot sauce and you are good to go. I can't eat lunch meat unless I do this. Trust me, it will taste awesome.

For seafood lovers....
Melt some butter in a frying pan. Toss in two flounder (Sole) fillet's and cook 2-3 minutes each side. Flounder is a thin fillet, so 2-3 minutes a side should be plenty. People have a tendancy to over-cook seafood. Toss in a splash of Sherry cooking wine and let cook another minute. Very tasty. Total time, less than 10 minutes. Serve with a 12 pack of Sam Adams Winter Lager.

Fench dips
start by boiling water, and add a packet of cheap Au jus mix when its bubbling.
while thats doing it's thing,
Sautee some sliced onions in a skillet w/ butter
when soft add thin sliced deli roast beef
when the beef is hot, put the mix on your hoagie buns and top with deli provolone or swiss cheese.
takes about 5 minutes start to finish. Damn good eatin'. If it's just you, you can dip them bad boys right in the pan, if you have to be polite, I've found that coffee cups make good au jus servers.
If you want too, you can butter your hoagies and toast them on the grill while your cooking everything else.

Easy, easy scallops
Roll your scallops in brown sugar and wrap in half a slice of uncooked bacon. Put them all in a baking dish, sprinkle a little more brown sugar on top. Drizzle a little melted butter on that and bake at about 400.
Awesome!

Being a wife of a scallop fisherman, Here is one way that I cook them and seems to a favorite when our friends come over.
Real butter in frying pan and then I toss fresh garlic, onion chives until heated well, Then add in scallops and spinkle Old Bay or Greek Seasoning and cook until scallops loose their transparent look. Depending on heat, it should,nt be any longer than 5-8 mins.... If you don,t like flavoured seasonings...Salt & pepper works too! And guess what? I have fresh scallops coming in off the boat tonight..mmmm
