I'll be up at lake Vermilion, Saturday for a week of fishing and boating< I'll be on the west end near Cook, if any of you HCS are going to be around say hello.

No I didn't use the Earie Dearies, I had a couple in the tackle box too, you know it's one of those things where most everyone on Vermilion use's Lindy's or crawler harness's with a blade.
I only caught two of the walleyes that day, I spent the first two hours trolling cranks with no results then drifted with the Lindy's as my brothers boat had been doing all morning :doh:

Vermilion is beautiful, I sledded up there Christmas week in 03/04 stayed at the VDL.

Pehrson Lodge on the west end of the lake, I agree it's cool up there I wish I lived there or at least in Minneapolis, instead of this industrial wasteland called North East Illinois :frech32:

it has changed owners a few times since i was there...
