You mean the chain case oil right?
It's on the right hand side as your sitting on the sled...should be an aluminum case just below the brake rotor. Will have like 5-8 bolts in it, or something like that. Make sure your careful when you take it apart not to break the o-ring, or the gasket...if it has a gasket I would say get a new one. Then use a rag and clean everything up, and put it back together and fill...it only requires like 1/4-1/4 a litre so don't over fill it. I use a blend of about 60% gear oil and 40% ATF...but you can just buy the right stuff to.

It's got a rubber gasket around it. I haven't heard or seen anyone that has ever had to replace the chaincase gasket on a Ski-Doo.
8.5 oz of fluid to fill it up, unless you have mechanical reverse. Then it's 12 oz to fill it up. (or was it 12.5... I don't remember for sure..)
Best stuff I have found to use to refill it is Klotz Chaincase Lube, it's also probably one of the cheapest. Just about anything under the sun has been used over the years by sledders without any major problems -- transmission fluid, 10w30 motor oil, 75w90 gear lube, Amsoil Chaincase Lube, Ski-Doo chaincase lube, Two Stroke Oil...
