SANS are signing a new Trail Liability insurance policy, with sizeable savings from the previous years. The Nova Scotia goverment has offered a policy for SANS and 40 other trail; user groups through out the province. The Nova Scotia goverment has gaurenteed the first million dollars, this is the same as having a million dollar deductable. SANS also signed a new policy for groomers and club houses that will be less than last year. This will hopefully translate to more money to the clubs to invest in signs, trails, and grooming.

Any reduced costs are good news, at least to most riders. SANS needs support from everyone. So does your club. Volunteer, be a club director for SANS, be the Safety Coordinator for your club, be on the executive, help put up signs, do some bush cutting, buy a trail pass and encourage other riders to do so. SANS, your club, and the other riders in NS need YOU!!!!!!!!! :div20: smiley-faces7.gif

Yes, I did forget to tell you. That is a good idea to start your retirement planning.
