okay if im correct there should be a switch on the throttle housing. On the housing there should be a pin or something that pushed the button when the throttle isnt being pushed you just need to remove that so there is nothing pushing that button. i believe thats how mine is because my throttle safety is missing and there is no pin to push that button and never was when i baught it, so im thinking there should be a pin there. therefor you can just remove it.

if your talking about the switch on the handle bar just unplugged it.
I was informed that the switch had to be activated or the sled would kill at a certain rpm???

no you can have it inactivated and it still work. unless they changed it for certain sleds.

so is there a pin on the throttle flipper that pushes a button on the houses, because it looks like there should be one on mine. but there is nothing that pushes that button.
