According to Zenwaiter's site, the police know who is responsible but they just need to gather more evidence before they arrest anyone. I don't know - that doesn't sound too promising.

All I know is that the people responsible will need to be brought to justice, and soon, or else there a lot of snowmobilers that are crossing that area off their vacation lists next season!
