It;s not seized if you mean not being able to pull it out it just takes a couple of primes to get a pressure on it so when i pump it to start it some times it takes two or three pumps before i get pressure after that it is there but the same thing the next time could it be losing it,s prime?

The plunger is wore out, I had it happen on an old Ski-Doo I had, They are cheap, just toss it. not worth fixing. Only takes a few min to replace, make sure your line aren't cracked.

YEP,,. There is two flat nuts on each side, pull or cut the lines off then loosen the back nut and take it of the back and pull the primer out through the front. Might have to unscrew some of the shroud to get at , depending if you can get at it or not. Some are easier than others. It' been awhile, I think this is how It was done.

That is completely normal btw :div20:
aka nothing wrong with your primer
I have the same basic sled as you and have had a few other primer Doos and they are all like the way you described

Yes.. it maybe alright if thats the way it always was. sometimes it takes a couple primes to bring the fuel back up. bin 20 years since I had one, not sure how it worked. Check before you take it out or it may be a waste of time. Those sleds are kinda a tricky to start with the rotary valve.

Yep... Times have changed, I remember back then I never seen anything that fast in my life as those 583's and 650's. now my 500 will eat any of those sleds, and it sure doesn't seem very fast. funny how you get use to speed, and there's no going back, just ahead. :beerchug:
