05 600 xc 482 lbs , 113 in long , 48 in wide , 46 in height. 06 fusion 600 h.o. 477 lbs , 115 in long , 48 in wide , 51 in height. the fusion is only 5lbs lighter but is also 5 in taller and 2 in longer. the taller sled would have more wind drag would negate the 5 lbs in weight savings. specs from polaris site. a better chassis?

You obviously have not ridden an IQ chassis sled. Once you do, you will not want to go back to the XC. :div20:

I'm going with these guys on this one. It's a lot better ride than the edge. The edge is a good chassis, but the iq is just one step better. I know..it's hard to believe, but it's true.

I have not heard or read any complaints about the IQ chasis, rather compliments about the chasis, ride, handling and comfort, ALL GOOD, inspite of all fusion bashing.
It sounds like it is just VIbration, belt wear, mileage and top end ( never promised) that is griped about. I hope Poo has these figured out.

IQ Chassis is excellent - maybe the best in snowmobiling this year. The IQ front end, with new updates and skis, has leapfrogged all the other A-arm designs. The 700/900 engines, with their vibrations, are not so good and need to be reduced.
The 600HO Fusion will be one of the top sleds this coming season. :div20:
