What kind of a rider are you? The most important question you should ask yourself.
If you like LF and you're not doing inverts yet go with the LF Evo. fast board, predictable, good pop. cheap.
Subject is a great board, but slow (unless you're shane bonifay). Wicked for rails.
Parkes is the most unpredictable, hardest board to ride on the market. Wicked pop, sketchy landings. not reccomend it to anyone but pro riders.
the TFD - now the Chad Sharpe 3DS is one of the most popular boards on the market for all types of riders. Highly recommend it for anyone, novice to pro. super fast and great pop. predictable landings, solid feel.
The Hyperlite Premier and the Era are 2 amazing boards. Very similar, only advanced riders will notice any real differences. Both are predictabel 3 stage boards, with great pop, consistent feel. Great loose feel when fins are taken off. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to get into some inverts and wants a solid pop, but stable 3 stage board.
Obrien Vallhalla is one of the coolest boards this year. hard edgeing and loose feel up the wake for great pop.
byerly is similar to the valhalla in edge hold, but with more pop, more aggressive 3 stage rocker. More advanced rider.
You want to know anything about boards, let me know. I've been working with O'brien, Hyperlite/HO and LF this year for WAKESTOCK - WWW.WAKESTOCK.COM - largest wakeboard event on the planet.
Kyle
PS. Split for the LF Alpha bindings. Best binding on the market for the $. maybe the best binding on the market period.

Well now I have owned to subjects. one got a crack in it then it would get waterlogged so I bought one on ebay for 200 and some LF ultras for 200 so I got the same board 2 times lol
Absolutley love the board so stable yet semi slippery. Rode my cousins HPerHeavy(I clam false advertisemnt) and it would stick yo good hated the feel of the board.
Now that I got into wakesufing i can board and relax sufring and what not
if you have not tried wakersurfing try it sometime
