pro-x
I have a 02 pro-x race chassis with a 03 800 v.e.s. twin crankshop pipes with twin stingers, ported and polished, filters, high compresion head, 110 octan, vforce 3 reeds, bottle boster, Team clucth. What do you think the hp should be? I think 165-175? I think I will be putting a clucth kit in it too. I might put the air box on with a big horn kit, other than the filters. Any advise would help. THANKS

Polaris she likes the juice and I like to give it to her. :beerchug:

If it was built by a engine builder that really knows how to make a Poo sing , 170 is possible....... but honestly the tune of that day is what makes it run hard........... to rich or to lean is burnt down or lazy..... as for clutching I would get it dynoed to see where its making its power then set your clutching to "peak power" the dyno doesnt lie... calling EPI or any company without this info is a waste of time. It should be a coll sled to blast down the trails with!

xc-mark is correct, 170 would be "possible", but only under ideal conditions... more likely 160-165 max... if you want to do a big bore to like a 900-910 kit then 175 is possible, but still will need a race/pump gas blend...
