i pulled the rear suspension to get it powdercoated and in the teardown process i found the mounting holes for the front torque arm on the rails were ovaled out. the reinforcing brackets were shot too. just giving you guys a heads up. check all bolts for tightness. im not even sure that was the problem, but it cant hurt to check.

Thanks for the tip. I'm getting a pro-x this week and I will check the bolts.

found that the bolt on the exhaust side of the sled, the one attaching the arm that goes through the base of the rear shock to the rail, has egged a hole. How do you fix this? drill it out nice and round and install a small bushing?

The only proper way to repair is to weld and redrill. Not everyone can weld, lots are just rod burners. A reputable aluminum repair shop like propeller repair guys usually can fix and you will never know. My brother in law didn't take my advice and went back to his guy three times until finally the rail snapped. I make my living at welding engineering and inspection. Good luck, Bob
