Full Version: Watercross world championships ?
All right you sled heads who all is going to be in Grantsburg in July for the world championship watercross action, If you are stop by our campsite for a cold one, we will be in site M-1 and M-1A next to the Dam and the creek in the memory lake campground.
I probably will be in attendance watching!
I'll be there on Saturday and hang out for the fireworks and part of the street dance. Riley

hey ripperd, bring your swin suit. we can go to soderbecks landing for a cool swim if it is real hot out.

Sounds good Jon! It usually is hotter than a furnace haydays weekend! How are things going this summer? I am getting lots of hours at my current job and looking for one more in my interests (computers).
you dont need an assistant do you? I havent had any luck with the job thing
It is a restaurant. Not alot of fun heh. But it pays the bills as of now.

They always put on a SPECTACULAR FIREWORKS DISPLAY! Its the best around the area thats 4 sure. I plan on going.

You could stop and watch the fireworks from our campsite since it is right on the lake and it is also good place to drink beer stop in for a cold one...

July 16th, 17th right around there, 2 weeks from last saturday, 1 week from this coming saturday
Is it saturday and sunday? Im busy on saturday but I could see if can make it on sunday...

We will be heading up to Grantsburg again this year to see the races and sell some oil.
If you can make it up, you won't be disappointed, it is a great show. They have a great fireworks display on saturday night. One of the best I have seen. Usually beats most July 4th displays.
The Lions Club there works there butt off to put on this event and it is a great time. They do an excellent job. Live music friday and saturday nights also.
If you get a chance, stop by and say hello. We will be set up along the street on vendor row.
I usually bring along plenty of oil to sell and a few tee shirts.
I will have Pop, water and Beer on hand, so mention your HCS screen name for a cold one of your choice!

Hey Hawk, this is the big weekend!! I'M going on Saturday, not really sure what time. Will talk to the wife. If she is not interested in going I will ask her to drop me off. Anyway all Hcs people that will be there please pm me and I will give you guys my # so we can all meet and share a cold one!! :beerchug:
I will be in the campsite closest to the Dam site M-1 and M1-A Look for the Possum van Brown dodge van and you will find me and a few other members of my club, stop on in for a cold one .
I will be heading out there on Sunday. I hope to meet some HCS out there. How will we know who is who?
