A man finds a nice home in the woods, lives there for a week before someone even comes over.
A man drives up in his tractor and says "Howdy neighbor, nice to have ya here"
"Thanks" claims the man "Nice to finally see a neighbor"
"Well we're havin a party and I'd sure like ya to come over, there'll be drinkin, fightin and fuckin" says the neighbor
"Sounds great!" said the man, "How many people will be there?"
The neighbor says "Just you and me!"
