the lake i live on, is one of the few in michigan that is open for bass catch and release all year. the bass have been on their beds for about a week now. we have been having a good time with them. this is the only one that is small enough to post here with the limits we have. it took me awhile to figue out how to trim it to size using windows movie maker. when i figure out the rest of the program i'll post some better one's.

thanks :beerchug: i live on cass lake, the biggest lake in s.e. michigan. there's a pretty good mixed bag of fish in here. dnr stocks it pretty good with a multitude of fish types. they have been plugging it real good with walleyes the last several years.

years ago, we used it (boat) to slip it out over the sand bars at the black river just north of harrisville. that was before they improved the lunch there. good salmon fishing there. as you don't have to go out very far. there's a deep ridge out there, that runs east, west and holds alot of fish. not to many fishermen either.
(sssshhhh!!! better fishing than harrisville)

and yea have used 8 rods, 2 riggers, 2 dipsy's, 2 yellow birds, and one lead dropper, and 1 lead core. but you better have people that know how to drive/fish or even a small jack salmon can make a mess out of it in a hurry.

most of the time we run 2 riggers, 2 dipsy's, and a long line or two.
or fishing spring browns along the shoreline running a planer board off the land side with several lines.
it helps to have extra holders when you need to move a few rods to clear one side of the boat to bring in a fish. you can never have to many holders. :beerchug:
