i've dropped my old trusty fuji finepix 3800 a few to many times and she's just about laid out to pasture.

i want to purchasae a new camera but i am looking for a few features that a quite important to me. they include:

being able to shoot video at 640 x 480 pixels.

very little delay between pressing the button and taking the picture. or the ability to capture a few frames/second. the more the merrior but 3 or 4 fps would be real nice.

at least 6X zoom lens, 10X would be stellar!

i would also like to have the ability to choose both shutter speed and apperature (sp??).

now here's the killer. i really don't want to spend more than $500ish ($400 US).


anyone have any good sugestions? or good places to buy?
