I just went looking for some old pictures on my computer and they are all gone. :augen41: I had probably 1400 pics that were restored in a recent meltdown, some were damaged and some lost. I found a restore shareware on the net and it found the pics but I'm not sure how to restore because it says not to restore to the same drive. The weird part is, the file folders are still in the old place but all are empty. Doing a little research on what could have caused this besides my kids organizing my computer, I read that a disk defrag might have deleted them as they were recently restored and could have been damged. Could I save them to another computer? Please help and don't assume I know anything already.

Try saving them to CDs or floppy disks

I will from here on out but to restore them the program says to save to another disk and wont alow saving to CDs or drives

Do you know anyone you can E-mail them to? Or maybe you can put them onto photobucket?
