first off, if anyone has any parts for this, please let me know !

now, what size is the track on this sled? I have access to a skid off of a 95 zrt800.I am wondering if there is any way to put this in with some modding as I can get it for free.

I have some front suspension parts. The track is a 121x15x.75.
You will need some serious mods to the skid plate as the polaris wedge belly pan is flat and the zrt is more rounded.
