Well, the low life hillbillies from Mancelona area got me. Stole my daughters 04ZR120 after kicking in my pole barn door. Shes only 4 & she is devastated. If anyone sees or hears of this sled in that area, or any other area for that matter, please let me know. It was missing the tether & orange flag when it was stolen. Probably long gone by now, but hey-might get lucky.

wow sorry to hear this, some poeple are just scum, they knew that belonged to a kid, and would crush a kid if it was taken, i hope they get caught and get some time, i'm around the area alot and will keep an eye out

It is unbelievable how low some people will stoop. The person that stole that little sled had to take it away in a vehicle, so that makes them an adult. Any adult that would steal something like that, knowing it is a childs toy is hard to believe. Hang them up by the eye lids and beat them in the balls till they blink. Sounds fair doesn't it? I don't mean to sound like a lunatic but, I have two girls that are older now, but I can imagine how your daughter is reacting to this. Good Luck.

hey artic, where's your place at in mancelona? my brothers cottage got broken into last week too. they took his generator and some tree stands out of it. the fuckin assholes kicked in the door took the shit then left the door wide open!! fuckin p.o.s theivin mo fo's he over by bebb rd & leonard rd.

Scholl & Cinder Hill - right by Makwa's place. Seems to be an epidemic up there lately. Hmmm...2 cops for the whole area-no wonder. Response time to my house was 45 minutes for the write up. Not bashing the police-just the system.

I feel for your kids. 20 years ago, gramps bought a 70cc 3 wheeler for the kids to ride, and some POS stole it. When I drive out there, I still look in the neighbors yard for it, or pieces of it. We pretty much know "who done it". The only good thing that I ever heard was the little juv. del. M.F. ended up in the slammer for stealing or something.

most likly it's locals doing it. my cabin used to get broke into alot,so i know how you feel. call all the dealers around there and send the word out on someone looking for the parts or someone who bought a used one ect.. our breakin's quit when a neighbor cought a couple guys doing a job and delivered some forest justice before the cops came. and the word got out to the rest of the scum

OK...heres the details

2 guys from Mancelona have been doing this for some time now & on a regular basis. A lot of the B&E's were in Lakes of the North so I am told. They copped to around 20/30 of em but thats probably the tip of the iceberg if u ask me. These guys are drug addicts...its an old story. They were caught red handed trying to bust into a shed in Lakes of the North. Turns out the guy who lives at the end of the cul de sac of the house they were B&E'g was LOTN security. When the cops popped the trunk, they saw several items that had been stolen recently from other properties, so they pressured these 2 to give up a lot more. Mine was one of em. One guy has prior home invasions & is on parole so he will be going up for a while.......5-10yrs. The other is going to be marked habitual now, but will probly get a lighter sentence but still looking at prison time.

As for the sled-still MIA..last lead they had put it in Petoskey, but that was a dead end.

I sure hope you get it back. I know my daughter would be devistated if someone took her 4 wheeler.

How low some people can get. Stealing a little kids snowmobile.
