oh, that ground is hard as a rock. it rained for two weeks, then got clear and cold for about two more weeks (0 degrees F). Of course, we now have 1 inch of snow. Still pathetic though...

CrimsonSkies
This IS a real light weight! It has a honda 4.5 hp engine, and full suspension. 121 X 8 X 3/4 track, and I built it with enough clearance to add 2' paddles. The kids love it. Size wise, its about the same height as the min-z, but longer due to the track.

Well let's give this a try........

2000 RMK 700
There were a few mods done to it over the years including a 144" track, but the trailer shot is basically prior and the others are after.

Ended up being a great sled once I cut out the torsion bar and dropped 40lbs off it.

Went with a 153" M6 this year........mods to be completed shortly.

Wow! You nailed it.........

The photo with the two sleds was taken on the ridge overlooking Lake Cascade. The other photo was actually taken while riding over at Island Park this past season. Nice areas and still learning where to go at both.

We actually ride all over, Trinities, Cougar, West Mountain, McCall, and at least one trip to Eastern Idaho each year. This year we're planning trips to Stanley and some Oregon locations.

Just wish we could go more often as does everyone!

So do you ride the West Mountain area often? Looks like you've already been able to log some miles this year. Sounds like snow this week should be good up there this weekend.

I get up to west mountain at least once during the season. I take my dad up there, he likes the trails, I like the off trail grinning-smiley-023.gif I hear ya on going more often. You never get enough of it. It looks like this year is going to be more promising than last year. Last year was the pits.

Have you been out to the Owyhees, up into Silver City? The Owyhees really get nailed with snow, I don't think people really know that. They usually have a little snow left when Bogus has lost all theirs. It does depend on the snow fall for the season though. The biggest problem up there, from what I have seen is the lack of a staging area and the road gets really, really hardpack and icy until you get into the elevation. I've never been up there with my sled, but I go out there just to mess around in the winter time, it's cold and windy but pretty nice. I've thought about going to Oregon, up over Tolgate, near Elgin. Never been though, I just really like the area.

Got it in the deep over Thanksgiving! Polaris guy bought a Ski-Doo and now knows why they are Ski-Doo's!

Last Saturday in the Cascades at Stampede Pass. Loads of new snow, but not settled at all yet. Saw lot's of buried sleds. Breaking in the new Vector Mountain. It has 25 whole miles in the photo. Ton of fun although I was being nice during break in...
ZR700
Nice sled, Vector1! grinning-smiley-023.gif Do you ever go sledding near Snowqualmie?
Vector1
The photo of the Vector was taken about 30 mins form Snoqualmie Pass. It is a great place to ride with many miles of groomed trails plus a lot of open areas to play. I am going to Hills Resort at Priest Lake in February to ride for a week. My friends go every year and say it's the best. I'm looking forward to it.
