Hey guys I'm looking at buying a new digital camera. I was wondering what Digital cameras you have and what are the pros and cons of them? I recently bought the HP R607 I was so happy I thought I was getting the perfect camera with all the features I needed for a cheap price. I ended up returning it 5 days later as I was so disappointed in the quality very fuzzy pictures! Anyways I'll list some of the features that I would like on the camera.
$200-300 price range
3-4 MPs
Between 3x or 4x optical zoom
movie mode with sound
Action shot mode
panorama mode
gts
Piece of cake man! You can get a great digital cam for $300 right now, brand isn't even that important. Just get the most megapixels you see for that price and you'll be set :div20: Quick blurry movies will probably be included in that price too, but if you want to do serious video just get a camcorder. Those are pretty cheap now too -

The Canon A520 looks good, so does the A510. Does anyone know much about either camera? I think I would just go with the A510 its about $80 cheaper than the 520. They have all the same features from what I see besides how many MP they have. I think the 3 MP camera is good enough for me :div20:
GTS thanks for the advice. I actually have a camcorder I just dont like carrying it around when riding, rather have something nice and small that can fit in my coat pocket and take a few short vid clips :beer2:
