I have fuel slowly leaking thru this fitting, how can I fix it?
Can I remove the fitting and put some silicon on it?
It this a friction fit, or is there an o-ring??

That elbow is threaded into the fuel tank. Get fuel level below fitting and unscrew elbow. Then put some pipe thread sealant on threads and screw back in. Make sure it's compatible gasoline.

i used that white plumbers tape on my old sled for that fitting. worked great.
