What are you guys being quoted on your Crossfires?
Is the price out the door?
What warranty is being offered also?

Thanks :div20:
cat-sass
Didn't really haggle on a price, asked out of curiosity cuz I need to wait till 07,
but was told $8500 unsure about warranty
jonnyrocketracing
I know of two different places that will sell one for $8500 OTD. Nelsons in Greenville and Munising Sport Center. Sat on the one in Munising Sports Center, man what a sled, feels very comfortable. I came real close to signing on the dotted line. I sure that will be my sled for next year. Maybe I'll be riding it before the end of this season. :div20:
ottawaCats
well i was at the show here in Ottawa Ontario Canada. Talked to my dealer, he gave me Cats price (so this is NO deal )
Crossfire 6 $10,999.00 Cdn
Crossfire 7 $11.999.00 Cdn
again this was MSRP pricing he had, said to call tomorrow for the real price is i was interested.

Im thinking M6 141" has same price of Crossfire 6

Getting my C7 and bringing it home this week $7200 OTD. Its an orange demo with 3 miles on it. I love everything about it. Its rides and feels awesome!
CrossfireGuy
$7200 OTD...that must be about $1,000 under dealer cost eh?
sandbagger
I've seen a few dealers on the net offering $7995 plus taxes so maybe someone wanted to get the mid season sled off the floor? dunno.gif

I still would like to at least sit on one before making a buying decision! Where is this demo sled? I'm in Rochester area.

My dealer quoted me an m-7 141 $400 less than a c-7. ooh4.gif
DamageInc
My dealer quoted me 7700 plus tax and F&S for the mid-season (new, zero miles), and said probably a bit cheaper for ordering one. He said something about a four year warranty if I order before April 31. I'll find out more when I go there in a week or two.
polcat
Anyone getting quotes in Michigan?

Be honest now.

Without haggling, I was quoted by Spicers $8,900 OTD on a Spring order including any Fall factory offers. Seems high.
Steve
I just got a price today of $8200.00 cash on what must be a mid year 05. Does that sound right to you guys? What do they have for warranty?
sandbagger
Extreme in Gaylord qtd 8608.11 OTD for a 2006 Crossfire 700.
I'm told that the 05's were purposely rich from the factory so the 06's would seem more EPA compliant.
I guess what I'm saying is the 06's coming in the fall might have different fuel and timing mapping.

That makes no sense what so ever . EPA compliant has nothing to do with a rich running 05 model. The 06's are compliant and there is more goodies coming to the firecat motors in the near and dear future.
sandbagger
Sorry you don't understand the logic zl5600 but it makes perfect sense to me!
Do you have some info you want to share or are you just generalizing? :beerchug:

f7tuner
7999. that includes freight and setup
WIkid500
c-7 =8400 M7=8100
that was todays price on a new one in the fall.
DamageInc
I just got back from my dealer. They raised the price since the early release C7. List price is now $9199. My dealer now wanted 7839 plus F&S, but now it includes a four year warranty and 200 bucks in Cat Cash. I ordered a black one. Maybe I could have done a little better somewhere else, but it was better than the other two dealers nearby, and I don't want to drive too far, since then it's not really worth saving an extra hundred or two.

The four year warranty was what really got me to spring order, because I had decided to wait until fall, and I was still considering the Switchback. At least now I won't have to buy new clothes. But I'm still bummed about no reverse, so hopefully they will have a retrofit kit once they get one in production on the Diamond Drive.
sandbagger
Damage is the reverse needed for getting on and off the trailer?
Are you doing alot of off trail riding?

Reverse is nice but i just don't hardly ever need it myself..........yes i agree it would be nice to have though.

Well, i don't "need" reverse; I've gotten by without it all these years. But it would be nice at a lot of times, i.e. getting parked in by another sled at a pit stop, or turning around in a trail, things like that. Some of my friends have RER now, and it makes me jealous every time they use it! LOL

Reverse would be nice though for pulling out of the garage. :div20:

Yeah, I guess it is. :div20:

He called me a couple of weeks ago and asked if I wanted a sled for next season. I said that the new Crossfire looked like it would be nice and he said that he was going to get one for himself also. I'm getting this sled for less than I paid for my F6 two seasons ago.

But...... I'm only going to have a 90 day warrenty. dunno.gif
I get my parts at cost and can do all my own work. Either way, I'm getting a XF7 and have a spare sled to let my wife ride.

The under $7K is not a misprint. ($6850) I don't pay tax b/c I register them non-resident and get a tax exemption. :beerchug:
sandbagger
Sounds to me like this sled may be coming out of the race program?

Last Thursday I got a price at Heinen and Mason in Osseo on a C7 demo at $7200 (300 miles) and $8200 for a new one. I did not ask about warranty and assume this does not include tax.
CrossRev
At D&M Marine in Bristol, Maine they sold me a Demo (200 mi) 2005/2006 (not sure) Crossfire 700 with a trade in for $7999 + setup and frieght and DOC. Even with a trade in. I also got a factory FOUR YEAR WARRANTY. How can you beat it?
