My speedo doesnt work so I figured that the adapter snapped. I took it apart and checked out the bearing, which was perfect. The little adapter shaft thing is snapped in half. I picked up a new one for $3. How do I get the half of the shaft that is stuck in there out? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Denis :beerchug:

I took a very little drill bit and put it into a tap chuck and twisted and until I felt resistance and pulled it out. Took few minutes. Spray some WD-40 in there too.
