What exactly is the Aluminum looking piece that is bolt to the tunnel & rear scissor arm. Is this something that would benefit bolting on to any Firecat skid or is it strictly for the racing suspension?

Thanks!

That is a support brace to help the new skid. The new rear skid slides in the front so they needed extra bracing to keep the torque sensing link from twisting. There would be no advantage to you adding it to your sled.

Its a support brace for the rear arm and its entended to take some of the load off the rear arm. In a racing environment it seems logical, but for a typical firecat rider it seems impractical.
