I am working on a friends sled for him and for some reason the head of the bolt that holds on the lower gear in the chain case broke off. I used a right angle drill attachment and drill ed a hole with the drive shaft still in the sled. I then broke off the easy out in the hole so now what?
Will I be able to remove the drive shaft and the drive sprockets without removing the track and rear skid?
I am hoping for a quick remove shaft and drill thru bolt and easy out for a re tread.
It looks like I should be able to do it if I can get the shaft to slide tward the clutch side and then angle out the chain case side.
Any help would be great this weekend is our last chance to ride before the end of the season so I am hoping it's going to ge able to get fixed :beer2:

you seem a bit impatient. Not a lot of action on here lately. Pull the skid then pull the shaft. Chain case can stay in just tap the shaft from the speedo side to knock the bearing out
