Anyone ride Woodford today? Was thinking of going tomorrow if not terrible.

Rode Woodford yesterday from about 9am to 1pm. Conditions were not that good - lots of big rocks just under the surface of the 6-8" of new snow. They had groomed 7 north up to the weenie wagon but nothing further. I heard they groomed 7 south but never went that way.

Overall, I guess it wasn't that bad but there was a TON of traffic, loads of tours and lots of idiots on the wrong side of the trail. One of my worst days there and I've ridden there a lot.

My guess is that the rock situation will be even worse and they better have groomed otherwise it will be bump city. I had a MUCH better day last Saturday, even after all the warm weather.

I can't wait to see what's left of my carbides and studs. :banghead:

Thanks for the report. I was planning on going up Tuesday,but I guess I'll wait for some new snow before heading up there. It doesn't look like I'm breaking my huge 300 mile mark from last year!
