Rode from the house today down to Groton again, went over Butterfield mtn, saw Buzzy's new trail.. Haven't been over that way in years. Trails were good to great, super-nice day.. smiley-faces7.gif

I am jealous but glad to hear that someone was able to get out and enjoy this beautiful Vermont day. 3 more days and I will be on vacation again! If all goes well we will make it thru the next few warm days without losing too much base and get a nice big dump early next week.

dance_2.gif 160 miles around NEK today and it was awesome! It is amazing how great the trails are with such little snow! Saw 2 moose and 3 deer. I feel bad for those of you who had to work like grooming fool! :banghead:

i was over that way saturday. the trails were fantastic. i'm assuming this is buzzy in the photo. that's quite a setup he's got with the trail circling all the way around his house!

That would be Mr Eastman. We are so fortunate to have him back as the groomer for that area and I can't think of anyone who lives snowmobile more than he and his wife do. When he is not grooming they are riding. Real folks who make a difference. Thanks BUZZ

He is doing a very good job with the trails this year. The new 2004 trail is nice.

Hey Rob,

What were the trail numbers you rode that were good? I'm thinking of taking a weekend off from the NEK and head this way instead.

Thanks.

Good call Rob!

The trails in Groton were nice today.

I wonder what's up with 302 between the Barre area and Groton. There were several cardboard signs saying that the Barre club was not allowing grooming on their section of 302.

OE75 was short but primo!

If anyone is headed into W. Danville be sure to take a spin on Joe's pond instead of staying on the RR bed. It's a nice 85mph breath of fresh air from all the tight VT trails around there. :div20: Oops!........... I forgot the speed limit is 35 in VT............it wasn't me! dunno.gif
