The boy thought he joined the snowcross team and pulled the rivots right out of the tunnel that hold the rear of the skid in......it was in the lower hole to give it the needed extra travel... 1luvu.gif Now, after I bend the brackets back to a 90 degree angle can I use bolts to refasten it to the tunnel and put the skid back in or does it have to be rivots....I dont own a rivot gun thats why I was thinking nuts ,bolts and washers....any thoughts or comments would be greatly appreciated.... :celebrating:

keep the bolts as short as possible. use locknuts.

Bolting it below the tunnel does nothing for suspension travel, it only makes the sled sit higher. If he is going to be jumping it, keep it bolted up in the tunnel.
