 If there is a train on the tracks blocking the trail where the lumber yard is DO NOT I repeat DO NOT go around the train even if you see sled tracks :banghead: . The fine is around $340.00. :augen41: The only legal place to cross the tracks is between the trail signs. There was a sign posted before about this rule. To get out of the pond you have to go across the lake and out the back way.

Could very well be but it's probably a local train working that industry so it can move at any time i do not know if they have to blow for trail crossings i would assume so dont know, no trails where i go but it could have a police man on board doing a operation life saver. I would just cross where your supposed to if that train hit a sled he would never know it the engine alone weighs around 700,000#. We hit a guy once at 48 mph and he exploded he was just a ball of clothes 50 cars back. had a car run into the side of the train drug the car for over a mile didnt even know it until train went into emergency. so just be careful guys a fully loaded tran weighs thousands of tons up to 16 or better

I heard that the lumber yard has the snowmobilie crossing as part of their ACT 250 permit so maybe they are in cahoots with the train

Its Entrapment!! I got an $85 ticket for crossing 105 in the wrong place. I am pleading not guilty... due to open water at the end of that 11 mile deture. I heard a guy got his sled stuck(next to 105 crossing) and was affraid it was going to freeze in the water. I heard later he went to the snowmoblie club meeting that night and begged for the groomer to pull him out. Please!!!!!!!!!! any body who got a ticket...plead "not guilty" due to unpassable conditions. At 10 degrees no one should have to cross water that just refrooze that day. WE HAVE TO SEND A MESSAGE :celebrating:
