I need a radio for my camaro, well there was a used on for 10 bucks, i bid 50 bucks, me and some one else i dunno if it was the owner or not but we went up to 175.50 and all of a sudden it said something on the lines of auction closed, well the next day i searched to try again with a diffrent seller, and there was the same one, starting bid 10 bucks, so did this all over again except it only made it to 75 bucks. and AUCTION CLOSED, well the next day i seen it again, i didnt even bother.. is it cause i was new at ebay?

Could be a number of things: 1) the owner didnt reach a price he wanted, so he cancelled the auction (not supposed to do that), 2) sold it locally (in person) and ended it, or 3) if it's the same radio, different people, maybe they're trying to flip it for profit. Some people dont like to deal with 'new' people, as those are the most likely to burn them. You can email and ask, and to verify that you're not going to burn them.

This is very common with highend cars on ePay... Go look at the "No Reserve" Lamborghini's every once in a while. We had a 97 Diablo Roadster VT up to 56,000usd with about 2 hours left and the seller pulled it and relisted it about a week later. Same this has happened to many other cars like that. The "No Reserve" in the title of the auction is just to get you in, if they don't get the price they want, they'll pull it and either erlist it or not.
