Anybody go out for some first day fun?

I think nobody is responding because they are all out riding. I think you have to be up in the NE kingdom to find any decent snow. The snow is pretty light and windblown. We only got about 3 inches outside of Concord, NH.

Too damn cold for a first ride -15F mid day here. And forecast is calling for mid 40s and rain thursday. If anyone is planning a trip up after xmas I would hold off.

We were going to, but it's frigid!! I know that sounds like were wimps, but tomorrow is going to be in the 20's. Once again the season begins and VAST's website is the same one you see in August. I don't get it. We are going to do some calling to see what clubs are open.

This is not looking good here. I looked at the long range models for next week and it's in the 40's for like 5 days. I hope that the usual model bias is showing but it's looking pretty warm. Was going to try and get out after work today but as Rob said, it's -15 already.

Only 12 miles, but it was like sex the first time ... It wasn't how long it lasted that mattered, but I know I want to go again :fluffy: :fluffy: :fluffy:

Lots of Flora and Fauna to mow down and my tracks were the first but it was great!!

Worked all summer long on various trails and really enjoyed traveling on my Pantera down the trail for the first time this season.

This makes the 4th year in a row that I have been able to ride on opening day in Vermont :beerchug:

-15 should not hold you back for a quick first ride of the season. if there was snow out my door i surely be out on it.
