Hey anybody going to the Dec 10 snowdeo...?

I may go if there is any riding. I have some years that the sled stayed on the trailer the whole weekend.

Snodeo is in Old Forge, NY.........Friday is the Shootout in Woodgate about 30 minutes south of Old Forge just off of Rt. 28 (Rt. 28 South then turn right at the blinking light). Saturday and Sunday Old Forge has a snowmobile show right in town with new sled demo rides; if they have snow. The last couple of years the place has been packed with people, some good parties up there that weekend too.

Yeah i'll be up there more than likely. I might stay if the parties are good!!!!

Question, now that the official American Snowmobiler Shoot Out has moved out west to Minnesota, what or who is actually going to be at the Woodgate shoot out. Is is going to be modified sleds, stock sleds, new 05' sleds??? Just wondering. Also, do you have the address as to where it will be held. Its been a few years since I have been out there.

SnowWeek magazine is hosting the event this year. They will be testing the
"top 8" sleds. They haven't revealed the ones yet. They will run Box stock then dealer prep as before. They will also run a "trail Mod" class. No $12000 engine upgrades!!!

I'm looking forward to it, and hearing the results THAT DAY as oppossed to AM Snow that wanted you to pay $20 for them. If you follow Rt 28 from Old Forge or from RT12 if you are heading north, you can't miss it. Turn left at the flashing light in Woodgate.

Yeah I'm looking forward to the Snow Week Shoot Out too. I'll be there, hopefully a ride in, but I'll be just as happy to drive the truck there. I can't wait to be riding again!

They did'nt move it,just a different sponser.

The best watering hole is hard to call two good ones White Lake Inn,or the Thirsty otter.I'll be at White Lake first(closest to shoot out),then the Otter.I'll be there as soon as the shoot-out gets boring.(once the Mach-z runs probably)
